In this world, humans can be categorized as either Bestia or non-Bestia depending on whether or not they possess beast ears. Dr. Akira Miyaji is a Bestia physician with a specialization in treating Bestian patients at a general hospital. The Bestia department at the hospital is short-staffed, prompting Akira to return to work. However, upon his return, he learns that a non-Bestia physician will be joining his team to help manage the workload.
