Jikeina was santa's older brother and they made a living by getting rid of monsters or stopping monsters from invading a village. However, Santa has a mark on his left hand, it is the mark of the Akuma. Acttually it's the mark of 'Mahou's Power'. There are 108 of the Akuma's powerful power, and they are passed down to 'successors', each animal who have the blood of the Akuma is changed, to youkais, only the most powerful of the lot are given one of the Akuma's power, and they will have a mark on various parts on their body as evidence that they inherited the power of the Akuma. Santa, has the Symbol of a star on his hand, and on it, is the number "0". In a battle with a Youkai who has the Mahou's Power of fire, Jikeina is seperated from Santa, and Santa had just discovered what is his Mahou power...it's something to do with the mouth on his stomach...alone, Santa travels to all kinds of places, making new friends, defeating new enemies, and learning the secret of the Akuma, whilst seeking Jikeina. In order to rebuild Tenjo and the law of causation, the returned humans start reproduction of history from B.C. 10,000. When the reproduction completes until A.D. 1413, a war breaks out in Shinshu and Juso Sekai falls onto the original world. The humans living in Juso Sekai lose their land and invade the original world. People in Shinshu surrender and is divided by the invaders from Juso Sekai. Taken from OneManga: Twenty years prior to the story's beginning, an asteroid headed for Earth destroys Pluto. Due to Pluto's destruction, the asteroid, which is dubbed Thanatos, becomes temporarily stagnant in Pluto's orbit. Now, in order to avoid Earth's impending destruction, the International Solarsystem Development Agency (ISDA) works on the "D-Project", and secretly creates weapons called "Dragons" after finding a dragon egg under the ocean. However, they soon find out that the asteroid is not their only threat, as powerful, destructive dragons from Thanatos appear on Earth.

They steal his works of art from museums/galleries to make him recognize their presence in the world. The three sisters' gang is called Cat's Eye, and so is the coffee shop they own. This coffee shop is located right in front of the police-headquarters. Hitomi, the middle sister, is betrothed to the police inspector Toshio.
