Another work by Reiko Shimizu, or rather her newest. This series is a disturbing manga about solving murder cases by applying the newly developed method of viewing the memory of dead people's brains. And as in every manga done by this mangaka, weird supernatural forces are of course included. The first chapter is actually a prologue and is concentrated on the first case where this method was used. Chapter 2 is when the two main characters are introduced, so hang on! NOTE: There is a related anime with episodes based on selective chapters from the manga.
Ide Nobuhisa has always been a boy full of vitality and a young promise in the field of track running. However one day after a competition, he stumbled over the pretiest pair of legs he had ever seen! Their owner, a young girl practicing tennis makes a promise with Ide that she will teach him how to play. After seeing the name tag on her racket bag, Ide puts all his efforts into passing the test for accessing the same high school she goes to, Makunogama. In his first days in his new high school, Ide discovers two things: an old friend of his is also attending, and nobody knows of a girl with the name he saw on the tag! He and his friend join the school tennis club, where they meet another first year, Takita Louis (Ruui), a very good tennis player with a little of an attitude problem. However things start to look better for Ide when his dear missing girl appears in the school! As it happens, he misread her name on the tag...

Her 'meddling' irritates Akito but at the same time captivates him, just as Akito's gloomy nature irritates Sana and compels her to change him. As these two opposites attract each other, they face many hardships which bring them closer to a mutual understanding. A story of growing up, letting go, falling in love, and falling out. It chronicles the relationship of Sana and Akito throughout elementary to high-school. This manga won the 1998 Kodansha Manga Award for shoujo. An extra epilogue book called 'Deep Clear' is available on MangaFox which is set a few years after the end of the Kodocha series. 'Deep Clear' is a cross-over with Obana Miho's other work, 'Honey Bitter'.
The more Wedding Peach and her friends Yuri and Hinakiku discover about their new-found magical powers, the more Rain DeVilla and her evil henchmen vow to destroy them. In the never-ending battle between love and hate, three young girls are the world's last line of defense against the onslaught of evil. The story follows Momoko Hanasaki, a junior high school girl who is in trouble between the Angel World and the Devil World. It all starts when Aphrodite tells Momoko that she is the legendary Love Angel Wedding Peach, and that she will take the place of her mother, Sakura, in finding and protecting the "Saint Something Four", after a devil named Pluie tries to steal Momoko's mother's ring. Now she must protect the sanctity of love from Reine Devila and her minions. Her friends, the other Love Angels, are Yuri Tanima (Angel Lily), Hinagiku Tamano (Angel Daisy), and Scarlet O'Hara (Angel Salvia). She also has Jama-P, who originally was a minion of Raindevila. Momoko is in love with Yousuke who is, unknowingly, a half-devil warrior of a tribe in the Devil World named Viento; Yousuke's father, coincidentally, is the one who sent Celestia (Sakura) and himself to Earth in the first place. Yuri is in love with Captain Yanagiba of the soccer team, otherwise known as the angel Limone. Whilst trying to live the lives of normal Japanese middle school students, the Love Angels must protect the world with love, or live in a world filled with nothing but hate.

A police story about two very different types of men teaming up to fight crimes in high places. The combination turns out to be one-of-a-kind. The story is based on the adventures of a pair of policemen, Hashiba Shigemi 26 years old and Keiichi Sasaki, 22. The two handsome young men are somewhat nonconformist and often act of impulse; especially the impetious Hashiba. They solve crimes with "less-than-orthodox" methods and push themselves to the limits of the legality; Often engaging themselves more on hunches and "faith" than for the same law; but after all they are the best "Combination" that can be found, thus the title of the series. They prefer to take action against the politically corrupt and the dealings of the yakuza. The Japanese Robin Hood?
