As Tludia was in the process of becoming a Knight in the Order, her tendency to frequently break her weapons and indulge in overeating resulted in her expulsion. Despite this setback, she couldn't ignore a group of robbers attacking an elderly man that she encountered. Sadly, Tludia arrived just as the old gentleman was able to fend off the assailants by himself. Unexpectedly, Tludia found herself in need of assistance, however, the old man, who appeared to be much older than he looked, was able to remember her from their past and offered to help her find a cure for her ailment, along with the temptation of an abundance of food. This marked the beginning of their adventure, as they embarked on a mission to restore vigor to Tludia and serenity to the old man.
From moetron Total Eclipse is set in the same world as MuvLuv Alternative, at Alaska's Yukon base, test site 18, where first-class staff from all over the world regardless of country gather to work on new Tactical Surface Fighters. The main characters are engineers and pilots and it features many TSFs that failed to show up in Alternative.

The Sleeves are after "Laplace's Box" an item the Vist Foundation has had in its possession since the beginning of the Universal Century which can be used to topple the Earth Federation government, and Cardeas Vist, the head of the family plans to hand them the key to it. Audrey, fearful of what will happen, wants to convince Vist not to give them the key. The Earth Federation's Londo Bell unit attacks the Sleeves and Banagher is drawn into the chaos. Adapted from the light novel series that were later adapted into a feature film series, the first of which has already been released this February 2010.
