Yuto, a high schooler, gets a new drone and decides to test it out by recording himself swatting centipedes in his kitchen. Little does he know, his house has mysteriously turned into a dungeon, and those "pests" are actually rare monsters! Due to a drone setting mishap, his video gets streamed globally, causing quite a stir. The dungeon's magic brings the drone to life, giving it consciousness and a name: Kuro. To prevent an all-out war over Yuto, a team from the Dungeon Corporation sets up shop next door. Meanwhile, Yuto remains completely unaware of the commotion he's caused and keeps up his daily bug-squashing routine.
